【摘要】 目的探讨乳腔镜在保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的疗效。方法2003年11月至2006年8月,对30例肿块直径≤3cm、距离乳晕≥3cm的乳腺癌采用乳腔镜下行保留乳头乳腺癌改良根治术,腋窝脂肪抽吸后行乳腔镜腋窝淋巴清扫。结果手术时间120~156min,平均128.9min,手术出血量为30~100ml,平均56ml。取淋巴结6~34个,平均16个。保留的乳房形态良好,伤口小而隐蔽,所有患者对手术效果满意。术后随访2~29个月,平均16.6个月,未见局部复发。结论该术式对保护上肢功能、保持胸部良好的外观形状及提高患者的生存质量均是一种较好的手段,是一种治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌合理有效术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the curative effectiveness of mastoscopic nipple spare modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of breast cancer.Methods Thirty patients with breast cancer of a diameter ≤3 cm and a distance ≥3 cm from the mammary areola were treated by mastoscopic nipple spare modified radical mastectomy from November 2003 to August 2006.After the lipolysis and suction of axillary fat,mastoscopic axillary lymph node dissection was performed.Results The average operative time was 128.9 min (120～156 min),the intraoperative blood loss was 56 ml (30～100 ml).The mean lymph nodes harvested by endoscopy were 16 (6～34). Excellent cosmetic outcomes were obtained with symmetrical breast development and all the patients were satisfied with the treatment.During postoperative follow-up period of 2～29 months (mean 16.6 months),no local recurrence was found.Conclusion This model of operation can protect the upper limb function and has value of aesthetics of the brisket.What’s more,it can improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
