【摘要】 目的:探讨解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:28例跟骨骨折患者均采用切开复位,跟骨解剖钢板内固定治疗。结果:随访时间6~30个月,平均20个月,28例患者骨折全部愈合,无跟骨感染发生;优16例,良10例,差2例。结论:解剖钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折有较好疗效,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the treatment effect of calcaneal anatomic plate in the calcaneal fracture.Methods:Twenty-eight cases were operated on and fixed by the calcaneal anatomic plate.The patients had been followed up between 6 to 30 months(average 20 months).Results:All the patients had been recovered.No infection occurs.Sixteen cases showed excellent healing,10 did good and 2 did bad.Conclusion:The treatment effect of calcaneal anatomic plate in calcaneal fracture is good in the clinic.更多还原
