【摘要】 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及粘附分子CD44的变构体CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达和其与淋巴转移和临床分期的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测53例乳腺癌组织中VEGF、CD44V6的表达水平。结果:53例乳腺癌组织中,VEGF、CD44V6的阳性表达率分别为79.2%(42/53)、64.2%(34/53);VEGF及CD44V6的表达与淋巴转移呈正相关(r分别为0.496、0.381,P均<0.05),而与临床分期也呈正相关(r分别为0.412、0.609,P均<0.05)。结论:VEGF、CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的过度表达在乳腺癌的发生、发展中可能协同起作用,并可作为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in breast cancer tissues,and explore their correlation to lymphatic metastasis and different clinical TNM stage.Methods: The expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in 53 samples of breast cancer tissues were detected by SP immunohistochemistry.Results: The positive rates of VEGF and CD44V6 in 53 samples of breast cancer were 79.2% and 64.2%.The positive rates of VEGF and CD44V6 were correlated with lymphatic metastasis(r was 0.496and 0.381)and clinical TNM stage(r was 0.412 and 0.609),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expressions of VEGF and CD44V6 in breast cancer tissues may be cooperative effects in the occurrence and they could be used as an important biologic marker for breast cancer.更多还原
