【摘要】 目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症的病因、临床特点及手术治疗。方法:1996年2月~2004年2月对226例腰椎间盘突出症的患者采用手术治疗。结果:术后随访160例,平均随访5.1年,优120例,良30例,可7例,差3例,优良率为93.7%。结论:合理选择适应证,采用手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症能迅速减压,消除症状,疗效高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the etiology,the clinical manifestations and the surgical treatment of lumbar disk heniation.Methods:From 1990 to 2004,226 cases of lumbar disk herniation were treated with the operation.Results:One hundred and sixty patients were followed-up for an average of 5.1 years.The recover of 120 cases were excellent,30 cases good,7 cases fair and 3 cases bad.The rate of excellent plus good was 93.7%.Conclusion:Lumbar disk hernation is a common disease.It occurs constantly.People who are ill with it can′t live or work normally.As long as the adaptation disease,the surgical treatment is controlled strictly,the results are ensured.更多还原
