【摘要】 目的:探讨儿童发育迟滞的常见原因及预防措施。方法:对本院儿童发育行为门诊就诊的101例发育迟滞的儿童进行分析,并对发育迟滞的儿童按1∶1病例配对与正常儿童进行生长发育情况比较。结果:在病因中,产前因素占35.64%,产时因素占17.62%,产后因素占20.97%,不明原因的占25.74%。发育迟滞组在早期即有落后于正常组的表现。结论:加强孕期保健,提高产科质量,加大优生优育的宣传力度,重视早期教育,积极防治后天获得性疾病是减少儿童发育迟滞智力低下的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the common cause and preventive methods of children with retardation.Methods:The cause of 101 development retardation children from outpatient service were analyzed,and they were matched as 1:1 with normal children to compare their development and growth.Results:Among all causes,the antenatal element,the element during delivery and the postpartum element accounts for 35.64%,17.62% and 20.97%,respectively.Conclusion:The key to prevent development retardation is to strengthen the pregnancy health care,to raise the obstetrical quality,to think highly of early education of children,to prevent and cure acquired disease positively.更多还原
