【摘要】 目的探讨喹硫平对Ⅰ型与Ⅱ型精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平的影响。方法于治疗前后对入组的Ⅰ型30例、Ⅱ型28例精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平进行检测和对比分析。结果治疗前Ⅰ型患者血清催乳素水平较Ⅱ型患者低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05);治疗后Ⅰ型患者血清催乳素水平较治疗前升高,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);Ⅱ型患者血清催乳素水平治疗前后比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);两组间比较Ⅰ型患者较Ⅱ型患者血清催乳素水平升高显著(P<0.01)。结论喹硫平可致Ⅰ型精神分裂症患者血清催乳素水平升高,对Ⅱ型患者影响较小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Quetiapine on the serum prolactin levels of the type I and Ⅱ Schizophrenics.Methods Before and after treatment,the serum prolactin levels were detected and contrasted in 30 type I schizophrenics and 28 type Ⅱones.Results Before treatment,the serum prolactin level of the type I was lower than that of the type Ⅱ,but difference had no significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum prolactin level increased in the type I compared with the type Ⅱ,difference was very significant(P<0.01),and there was no difference in the type Ⅱ(P>0.05);increase of the serum prolactin was more significant in the type I than in the type Ⅱ(P<0.01).Conclusion Quetiapine could induce the increase of the serum prolacin level of the type I schizophrenics,but has little effect on the type Ⅱ.更多还原
