【摘要】 目的探讨国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将120例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组各60例,研究组给予阿立哌唑治疗,对照组给予利培酮治疗,疗程8w。采用潘氏量表、临床总体印象量表及副反应量表评定临床疗效和不良反应。结果研究组总有效率73.3%,对照组91.7%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗2w末两组潘氏量表评分均较治疗前有显著性下降(P<0.05),4w末起均有极显著性下降(P<0.01),同期组间潘氏量表评分有显著或极显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。2w末起临床总体印象量表评分对照组较研究组下降明显,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组不良反应评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),但不良反应表现存有异同。结论国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效显著、安全、经济,疗效虽然稍逊于利培酮,但对临床选择用药具有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effects and safety of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 120 schizophrenics were randomly divided into aripiprazole group(n=60)and risperidone group(n=60)for 8 weeks.Clinical curative effects were assessed with the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and Clinical Global Impression(CGI),and adverse effects with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS).Results Total effective rates were 73.3% of the aripiprazole group and 91.7% of the risperidone group respectively,which showed significant difference(P<0.05).At the end of 2nd week,the PANSS scores of both groups decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),from the end of the 4th week did very(P<0.01),and in corresponding period there was significant or very significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05 or 0.01).From the end of the 2nd week,the CGI scores decreased more significantly in the risperidone group than in the aripiprazole group,differences were significant(P<0.05):73.3%.There was no significant difference in the TESS score(P>0.05),but manifestations of adverse effects had difference.Conclusion Domestic Aripiprazole is effective,safe,economical in the treatment of schizophrenia,although its curative effect less than the risperidone’s,it has determinate mirror contribution for clinical alternative.更多还原
