【摘要】 目的探讨育龄期女性阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)特点,及其与OSAHS与性激素和瘦素水平的关系。方法选择育龄期女性OSAHS患者30例,男性OSAHS患者30例和正常女性30名,同时检测血清中瘦素、睾酮、雌二醇和孕酮的水平。结果育龄期女性OS-AHS患者多较肥胖,病情程度与年龄和体重指数相匹配的男性为低。育龄期女性OSAHS者血清中瘦素、睾酮/雌二醇和睾酮/孕酮比分别为28.3±24.4、8.1±1.6和1.1±0.5,明显高于女性正常对照组,差异有统计学意义。瘦素水平与BMI、睾酮/雌二醇和睾酮/孕酮比呈正相关,r分别为0.52、0.46和0.49(P<0.05)。结论肥胖、瘦素和性激素水平可能与育龄期女性OSAHS的发病有关。更多还原
