【摘要】 目的:探讨美蓝在口腔鳞状细胞癌前哨淋巴结(sentinel lymphnode,SLN)活检中的应用,为临床N0患者是否作颈部淋巴结清扫提供依据。方法:用美蓝对30例口腔鳞状细胞癌临床N0患者行前哨淋巴结定位活检,通过与区域淋巴结清扫标本的比较来评价前哨淋巴结活检的准确性。结果:前哨淋巴结定位活检总成功率为93.3%(28/30),准确率92.9%(26/28),假阴性率为11.1%(2/18),灵敏度为83.3%(10/12),特异性100%(16/16)。结论:前哨淋巴结活检在口腔鳞状细胞癌中能很好地反映淋巴结的转移情况,对指导淋巴结清扫的合理性和必要性有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical value of methylene blue staining in the sentinel lymph node biopsy with squamous cell carcinoma of clinic N0 patients so as to decide whether to take the neck dissection or not. Method:methylene blue staining injection of 30 oral squamous cell carcinoma of clinic N0 patients,compared the stained sentinel lymph node with the neck dissection tissue to evaluate the accuracy of sentinel lymph node biopsy. Result:93.3% sentinel lymph node were found in 30 cases,accurate rate was 92.9%,false negative rate was 11.1%,sensitive rate was 83.3%,the specity was 100%. Conclusion:The sentinel lymph node biopsy can well predict the metastasis of lymph node of oral squamous cell carcinoma of clinic N0 patients, it can be an direction of deciding whether to take the neck dissection or not.更多还原
