两种方法评价彩色弓丝和托槽的细胞毒性

【摘要】 目的:评价彩色弓丝和托槽的细胞毒性。方法:用MTT比色法评价彩色弓丝和未染色弓丝和托槽的细胞毒性,并用流式细胞仪法(FCM)检测细胞群落的DNA增殖指数。结果:MTT比色法显示,培养期不同浓度的2种材料的浸提液培养的细胞均大量增殖,毒性评级为0~1级。流式细胞仪法检测表明细胞群落的DNA增殖指数(PI)在2种材料间无统计学差异(p>0.05),但是彩色的弓丝试件略高于未染色弓丝试件。结论:彩色不锈钢弓丝和托槽具有良好的细胞亲和性.

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the cytotoxicity of a new kind of orthodontic wire and bracket in vitro.Method:Cytotoxicity of colored and unstained orthodontic bracket and wire against human gingival fibroblast(HGF)was investigated with MTT assays and the cell DNA proliferation index(PI) of cell groups was assessed through flow cytometry.Result:According to MTT assay, the cells in two infusion which has different concentrations respectively multiplicate greatly and toxicity ranges from 0~1.As the FCM methods appeared ,there is no significant difference (p>0.05)between the colored and the unstained bracket and wire for the PI, but the colored is slighter high than the unstained. Conclusion:The colored bracket and wire have good biocompatibility. There is no significant difference between the colored and the unstained for cytotoxicity.
