【摘要】 目的:探讨帕罗西汀合用奎硫平对有精神病性症状的抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法:对46例有精神病性症状的抑郁症患者,随机分为合用组(帕罗西汀合用奎硫平)和单用组(单用帕罗西汀)。疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、韦氏记忆量表修订版(WMS-RC)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:两组治疗后各时段HAMD评分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05～0.01);两组间比较,治疗第4、6周末,合用组评分显著低于单用组(P均<0.05)。治疗后两组WMS-RC中各项目均明显改善(P均<0.01),而合用组短时记忆的改善比单用组更明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无明显差异。结论:帕罗西汀合用奎硫平治疗有精神病性症状的抑郁症可增加疗效,安全性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of paroxetine combined with quetiapine for the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms.Method:46 patients with psychotic depression were randomly assigned to two groups combined group,paroxetine combined with quetiapine,and control group,paroxetine only,for 6 weeks.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Wechsler memory scale revised edition(WMS-RC)and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS)were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:The score of HAMD reduced significantly after every treatment time in two groups(P<0.05-0.01),with markedly lower score of HAMD in combined group in 4 weeks and 6 weeks treatment when compared to that in control group(both P<0.05).The scores of all the items in WMS-RC improved remarkably after the treatment(both P<0.05),with short-term memory improved observably in combined group compared with that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse effects between the two groups.Conclusion:Paroxetine combined with quetiapine in the treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms may augment the treatment effect and has a better safety.更多还原
