【摘要】 目的:综合分析利培酮所致不良反应的临床特征。方法:对1997至2005年国内文献利培酮所致不良反应的病例报道96篇、207例患者进行汇总分析。结果:利培酮不良反应的发生多与用药剂量、加药剂量速度及患者的个体差异有关。结论:利培酮用药剂量不宜过大,加药速度不宜过快,用药剂量应注意遵循个体化原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical features of adverse events due to risperidone. Method:A total of 96 case reports about side effects due to risperidone from 1997 to 2005 in China, which involved of 207 patients,were collected and analyzed. Results:The adverse events of risperidone were correlated with dose of drug,speed of increasing dose of drug and individual differences. Conclusion:It is suggested that the dose of risperidone be increased slowly and complied with the individual principle.更多还原
