【摘要】 目的:研究韦司平冻干粉改善老年精神分裂症患者认知功能的疗效。方法:将54例老年精神分裂症患者随机平分为两组,分别给予韦司平冻干粉(韦司平组)和脑复康注射液(脑复康组),以25名健康者为对照组。疗程4周。采用简易智力状况检查(MMSE)、中国修订韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)及威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)于治疗前及治疗结束后进行认知功能评定,并与正常对照组进行比较。用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)于治疗前后对症状严重程度进行评定。结果:治疗前韦司平组和脑复康组的MMSE、WCST、WMS及WAIS-RC评分均显著低于对照组。治疗后两组均有显著好转。结论:韦司平冻干粉能有效改善老年精神分裂症患者的认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of cerebroprotein hydrolysate on cognitive impairment in patients with senile schizophrenia. Method:Fifty-four patients with senile schizophrenia were randomly assigned to study group (treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate,n=27) and treatment group (treated with piracetam,n=27) for 4 weeks.All the patients were measured with mini-mental state examination(MMSE),Wechsler memory scale(WMS),Wechsler adult intelligence scale (WAIS-RC) and Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST) and compared with the normal controls.Positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) were used to evaluate the severity of the symptoms. Results:The scores of MMSE、WCST、WMS and WAIS-RC before treatment were significantly lower in study group and treatment group than in controls.After treatment,the cognitive function in both study group and treatment group improved markedly. Conclusion:The study should that the cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for injection is essective in treatment with senile schizophrenia that piracetam injection.更多还原
