【摘要】 目的:探讨精神分裂症患者认知功能与精神症状的相关性。方法:对40例精神分裂症患者于治疗前、治疗12周末分别进行韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-R)、韦氏记忆量表(WMS)、H-R神经心理成套测验(HRB)中的连线测验A、威斯康星卡片分类测验(WCST)及言语流利性测验及简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评定。结果:治疗前焦虑抑郁因子分与总记忆商数(MQ)分显著相关,迟滞因子分与WCST完成类别数、智力显著相关;治疗12周末焦虑抑郁因子分与总智商(IQ)显著相关,迟滞因子分与WCST持续反应数、言语IQ、操作IQ显著相关,猜疑因子分与WCST持续反应数显著相关。结论:精神分裂症患者部分认知功能与精神症状显著相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation of cognitive function and mental symptoms in schizophrenic patients. Method:Forty schizophrenic patients were evaluated with Weschler adult intelligence scale(WAIS),Weschler memory scale(WMS),trail making test A,Wisconsin card sort test(WCST),a verbal fluency test and brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS)before treatment and at end of 12th week after treatment. Results:Before treatment,factor score of anxiety-depression was significantly correlated with total score of MQ;factor score of retardation was correlated with scores of completed sorts of WCST and IQ.At the end of 12th week after treatment,factor score of anxiety-depression was significantly correlated with total score of IQ; factor score of retardation was significantly correlated with the scores of perseverant response of WCST, language and operation IQ;factor score of hostile-suspicion was significantly correlated with the scores of perseverant response of WCST. Conclusion:Part of cognitive functions are significantly related to mental symptoms in schizophrenic patients.更多还原
