【摘要】 目的探讨品质圈活动对提高孕产妇母乳喂养率的影响。方法将品质圈活动应用于124例住院孕产妇和家属母乳喂养知识的提高,并与124例未应用者比较。结果参加活动者对母乳喂养相关知识的了解程度显著高于未参加者。结论品质圈活动能明显提高住院孕产妇及其家属对母乳喂养知识的了解程度,以提高母乳喂养成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of the activity of quality circle on raising breastfeeding rate. Methods Quality circle activity was applied to increase the level of breastfeeding knowledge of 124 cases postnatal women and their families from our hospital. And other 124 cases received traditional health education. All couples were asked to complete the same breastfeeding knowledge questionnaire before and again after health education. Results There was a significant improvement in breastfeeding knowledge in the 124 couples who attended the activity of quality circle. And the level of breastfeeding knowledge of them were higher than that of the couples who received traditional health education. Conclusion Quality circle activity can apparently increase the level of breastfeeding knowledge of mothers and fathers and, consequently, have a positive impact on the frequency of breastfeeding.更多还原
