【摘要】 目的探讨复杂髋臼骨折的手术治疗效果。方法手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折11例,骨折类型按照Letour-nel-Judet分型,后柱加后壁骨折2例,T型骨折1例,双柱骨折8例,均经开放复位重建钢板内固定。结果11例平均随访24个月(16~40个月),优6例,良3例,可1例,差1例。讨论开放复位重建钢板内固定技术是较好的治疗方法,复位技术及螺钉的植入方向是其技术关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of complicated acetabular fractures.Methods 11 cases of complicated acetabular fractures were surgically treated.According to Letournel classification,fractures of the posterior column and wall were in 2 cases,T-shaped fractures in 1,both columns in 8.All were undergone open reduction.The reconstructive plates were used for internal fixation.Results All cases were followed up for average 24 months(16～40 months),and excellent results were found in 6 cases,good in 3,fair in 1,and poor in 1.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate is reliable and effective for complicated acetabular fractures.The key points are reduction skills and screws trajectory.更多还原
