【摘要】 目的探讨改良Bosworth术联合应用可吸收防粘连膜治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂的效果。方法14例陈旧性跟腱断裂病例采用改良Bosworth法重建后,可吸收防粘连膜包绕肌腱的术式予以治疗。跟腱缺损范围3.6~10 cm,平均6.3 cm。结果平均随访29个月。按Arner-Lindholm疗效评定标准评估,优12例,良2例。结论改良Bosworth法联合应用可吸收防粘连膜治疗陈旧性跟腱断裂临床疗效满意,具有良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the methods and results of treating the old Achilles tendon rupture with revised Bosworth method and using anti-adhensive absorbable membrane.Methods With defect of 3.6~10 cm,6.3 cm on average,14 cases of old Achilles tendon ruptures were treated operatively with the revised Bosworth methods and using anti-adhensive absorbable membrane.Results All were followed up for 29 months on average.The results were excellent in 12 cases(85.7%),and good in 2 cases(14.3%)according to Arner-Lindholm standard.Conclusions Revised Bosworth method and using anti-adhensive absorbable membrane can provide good long-term clinical result to treat the old Achilles tendon rupture.更多还原
