【摘要】 目的探讨微侵袭钢板内固定治疗下肢骨折的临床疗效。方法对106例下肢骨折患者采用微侵袭钢板内固定。结果随访6~12个月,患者均获骨性愈合,骨折临床愈合时间13~18周(平均14周)。按Joh-ner和Wruhs膝踝功能评价标准和髋关节改良d′Aubighe与Postel评分标准,优80例,良21例,中5例。结论微侵袭钢板内固定手术创伤小,是下肢骨折安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical results of minimaly invasive plate osteosynthesis(MIPO) in treatment of fractures of lower extremity.Methods 106 cases of fractures of lower extremity were treated with MIPO.Results All cases were followed up for 6 to 12 months.All cases got bony union.The mean time for bone union was 14(13~18) weeks. The final functional results were evaluated according to Johner & Wruhs and modified d′Aubighe & Postel method.80 got excellent results,21 good and 5 fair. Conclusions MIPO is a safe and effective treatment for lower extremity fractures with the benefits of less intervention of blood supply and less soft tissue complications.更多还原
