【摘要】 目的探讨少脂肪肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML)的CT表现特点,提高术前CT诊断水平。资料与方法回顾性分析6例少脂肪肾AML的CT表现,并与手术病理标本对照。结果6例均表现为实性肿块,5例CT增强各期均发现散在点状低密度影,尤以薄层静脉期显示最清晰。大体标本及镜下均见散在小结节状脂肪组织。结论散在点状低密度影在一定程度上反映了少脂肪肾AML中脂肪成分,有助于少脂肪肾AML的定性诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the CT appearances of minimal fat angiomyolipoma (AML) and improve its diagnostic accuracy. Materials and Methods The CT findings of 6 patients with the minimal fat AML were analyzed and also compared with pathology results. Results 6 patients showed renal masses, scatter spot hypodensity was found in enhanced CT, which was more obviously in thin slice venous phase. Scatter spot hypodensity corresponded to small nodular fat tissues by pathology. Conclusion To some extent, scatter spot hypodensity lesions reflect the fat in tumors, which is helpful for diagnosis of minimal fat renal angiomyolipoma.更多还原
