【摘要】 目的总结提高心肺脑复苏成功的经验。方法对44例普通病房及ICU早期心肺脑复苏抢救的回顾性分析,普通病房采用鼻导管加普通面罩吸氧,与ICU应用呼吸囊-面罩加压吸氧复苏对比,余方法相同。结果心肺脑复苏成功率:对照组86.4%,观察组59%。结论呼吸囊-面罩加压吸氧在早期心肺脑复苏中具有重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectove To summarize the successful experience involving the treatment method of CPCR (cardiac-pulmonary cerebral resuscitation).Method Retrospective study was conducted on 44 CPCR patients from general wards and intensive care unit (ICU). Comparisons were made between those in general wards using nasal canals and common veils and those from ICU uisng Bursa-veil and air pressure equipment. Results The success rates in treating CPCR were, respectively, 86.4% and 59% for the ICU and for general wards patients. Conclusion Breathing with Bursa-veil and air pressure equipment plays a very important role in the early stage of treatment of CPCR.更多还原
