【摘要】 目的探讨纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)引导下经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭的临床价值。方法87呼吸衰竭患者在纤支镜引导下经鼻气管插管并行机械通气,总结分析其临床资料。结果纤支镜引导下经鼻气管插管87例,均一次获得成功,插管时间1~8min,呼吸衰竭明显改善。结论纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭,操作简单、快速准确、安全,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinic value of nasotracheal intubation guided by bedside bronchofibroscope. Methods The clinic data of 87 patients with respiratory failure who received mechanchial ventilation by nasotracheal intubation guided by bedside bronchofibroscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results The patients were performed intubation successfully. The intubation time ranged between 1 minute to 8 minutes. After mechanical ventilation, the respiratory failure was improved obviously in all patients. Conclusion It is proved that nasotracheal intubation guided by bedside bronchofibroscope is a simple, rapid and safe method for rescuing the patients of respiratory failure. Therefore it is worthy of being used widely in clinical practice.更多还原
