【摘要】 目的探讨深圳市东湖医院结核菌株耐药情况。方法用MB/Bact240进行结核分枝杆菌分离培养,改良罗氏法进行药物敏感性测定。结果痰结核分枝杆菌培养阳性561例,耐药229例,总耐药率40.82%。初始耐药率27.23%,耐多药率8.40%,其中4种药全耐者占4.83%;获得性耐药率72.62%,4药全部耐药者占30.95%。结论深圳市结核病耐药情况仍然十分严峻,加强结核病临床治疗的管理,制定合理化疗方案至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the drug resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in Shenzhen East Lake Hospital and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 561 strains of Mycobacterium tuberculosis were cultured with MB/Bact240 and the drug resistance was measured using improved L-J medium. Resutls The rate of total resistance was 40.82%,the rate of initial resistance was 27.23%. Initial resistance rate of MDR was 8.40%. The rate of resistance to all the four drugs was 4.83%. Acquired resistance rate was 72.62%. The rate of acquired resistance to all the four drugs was 30.95%. Conclusion The drug resistance of tuberculosis mycobacterium in shenzhen area was very serious. The management and clinical treatmetn for tuberculosis patients must be emphasized.更多还原
