老年人胰岛素样生长因子-1、超氧化物歧化酶与骨质疏松的关系探讨
Relationship between insulin-like growth factor 1,superoxide dismutase and osteoporosis in elderly
【摘要】 目的探讨老年人胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与骨质疏松症(OP)之间的关系。方法测定150例老年OP患者(A组)和124例健康老年无OP者(B组)的IGF-1、SOD及骨密度(BMD)。结果A组患者和B组的IGF-1分别是(110.30±41.79)μg/L vs(186.13±68.13)μg/L;血清超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)分别是(89.57±18.67)kU/L vs(109.86±17.97)kU/L,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);各部位的BMD数值A组均小于B组(均P<0.01)。结论老年OP患者IGF-1、SOD明显低于无OP者,IGF-1、SOD与老年OP的发生、发展密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and osteoporosis(OP) in elderly.Methods IGF-1,SOD and bone mineral density(BMD) in 150 senile OP patients(group A) and 124 normal elderly as normal controls(group B) were determined.And then the results were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The levels of IGF-1,SOD and BMD in the senile OP sufferers were all lower than those in the controls,respectively(110.30±41.79) μg/L vs(186.13±68.13) μg/L,(89.57±18.67) kU/L vs(109.86±17.97) kU/L,BMD values in different positions of group A were significantly lower than those of group B(all P<0.01).And there was a positive correlation between IGF-1,SOD and BMD.Conclusion The levels of IGF-1,SOD and BMD in the senile OP sufferers are obviously lower than those in the healthy elderly.And IGF-1 and SOD are closely correlated for the occurrence and development of senile OP.
