【摘要】 目的探讨EB病毒(EBV)感染与多发性硬化(MS)的关系。方法收集Medline和中国期刊网的全部相关文献,汇合成大样本资料,并对其进行Meta分析及敏感度分析。结果有9篇文献进入Meta分析,共获得2148例样本,其中病例组1 035例,对照组1 113例。经过Meta分析,采用固定效应模型,合并OR值和95%的可信区间为5.52(3.86-7.88),P<0.01;敏感度分析结果提示不同纳入标准的研究资料的Meta分析结果一致。结论EB感染与MS可能具有关联性,它是MS发生的一个危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV) infection and multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods The analysis of all related literatures in Medline and Chinese Full Text Database had been made.Big sample data were synthesized.The data were analyzed by Meta-analysis.Results Nine studies were included in this review.The involved subjects were 2148,composing 1035 patients and 1113 controls.The relationship between EBV and MS was analyzed by fixed effects model.Their pooled OR and 95% CI were 5.52(3.86-7.88),P<0.01.The analytical result of sensitivity proved that the result of Meta-analysis was coherent.Conclusion EBV infection might be associated with MS,and was one of the risk factors of MS.更多还原
