【摘要】 目的探讨超声引导下经皮肺活检在周围型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾分析39例超声引导下经皮周围型肺癌穿刺活检的病例。结果39例均一次取材成功,成功率100%,病理确诊阳性率94.9%,并发症发生率10.3%。结论对于周围型肺癌的诊断,只要超声能清楚显像宜首选超声引导经皮肺活检肿瘤组织。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the applicable value of ultrasound-guided percutaneous needle biopsy in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer.Methods 39 cases of peripheral lung cancer who underwent percutaneous needle biopsy were reviewed.Results The procedure of puncture was successful in 100% patients.The correct histological diagnosis rate was 94.9%.Pneumothorax was discovered in 4 patients(10.3%).Conclusion In the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer, the method maybe the best choice if the cancer is showed clearly by ultrasound.更多还原
