民办高等教育中的董事会制度
Board of Directors in Community-run Higher Education
【摘要】 随着市场经济的发展,董事会与民办高等教育具有了结合的可能性和必然性。在此背景下,研究民办高等教育与董事会的关系,是一个很现实的课题.
【Abstract】 With the development of market economy,there exist some convergence points between board of directors and community-run higher education.The paper analyzes the relationship between the two.
