从铅锌冶炼炉渣中回收镓的工艺方案研究及可行性分析

【摘要】 针对国内某铅锌冶炼厂含镓高铁的炉渣,提出了还原熔炼-萃取-电解的回收工艺方案。研究表明,采用本工艺,不仅可回收76.6%以上的镓,还可回收60.8%的铁。此外,文章还对工艺的可行性进行了简单的分析。

【Abstract】 A new recovery process of Reductively Smelting-Extraction-Electrolysis is proposed for the slag that contained Ga and high Fe,produced from a domestic lead and zinc smelter.The results show that not only 78% of Ga is recovered,but also 60.8% of Fe is recovered by this process.Meanwhile,the feasibility of the new recovery process is also simply analysed in the paper.
