【Abstract】 National social economic security is concerning the situation of a country in which its entire economy can survive from the attack on it due to the change of social or economics problems, and it can avoid or reconcile potential partial or general social economic crisis. At the beginning of 21st century, this problem attracts large attention from western countries as the scientific base of policy decision. This article introduced the history of development of policy simulators, analyzed the current demand of China, and clarified the basic science problems of establishing a policy simulator.更多还原
