【摘要】 针对矿山企业库存管理中存在的问题,采用库存ABC分类法将物料进行分类,从而分清物料的主次关系。对不同物料采用定量、定期储备等方法,并结合矿山企业供应市场复杂度和物料价值将库存ABC方法进行改进,进一步合理划分物料。从而降低了库存成本,节约了管理投入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the typical problems of inventory management in mine enterprises,materials are classified by ABC inventory classification to distinguish between primary and secondary materials.And it carries out ABC inventory management by using quantitative or periodic stocking for different materials.Meanwhile,the ABC inventory management is improved according to the complicacy of supply market of mine enterprises and the value of materials to classify materials rationally.Therefore,the inventory and management costs are saved.更多还原
