磷化液在金属表面磷化处理中的作用分析

【摘要】 磷化液不仅应用于黑色金属及其合金上,而且已应用到铝、锌、铜、镍、铬等各种材质和合金上的表面处理。近几年来,各种磷化液用量和应用领域不断扩大,工艺不断完善。磷化液主要由成膜剂、促进剂及添加剂组成。文中论述了成膜物质的浓度、总酸度、磷化温度等条件对磷化膜的影响。

【Abstract】 The phosphorated fluid not only is applied to ferrous metal and its alloy, but also to surface disposal of aluminum, zinc, copper, nickel, chrome and various materials and alloys. In recent years, consumption and applying field of various phosphorated fluids have been continuously increased and the process has been perfected. The phosphorated fluid mainly consists of film forming agent, promoter and additive. The influence of density, total acidity and phosphorated temperature of film forming material on phosphorated film is discussed.
