非化学计量比Li1+xNi0.8Co0.2O2结构和性能研究

【摘要】 共沉淀法合成了层状Li1+xNi0.8Co0.2O2(x=0和0.05),采用XRD和电化学方法对其进行了研究。与LiNi0.8Co0.2O2相比,Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2有较高的放电容量和较差的循环性能。与LiNi0.8Co0.2O2放电容量微分曲线相似,Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2在4.15 V存在负峰,随着循环次数的增加,4.15 V负峰峰位明显向左移。与LiNi0.8Co0.2O2放电容量微分曲线不同,层状结构Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2的4.15 V负峰峰高随循环次数的增加而增高,循环过程促进了Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2结构转变。

【Abstract】 The structure and electrochemical performance of layered Li1+xNi0.8Co0.2O2 with x=0 and 0.05 was prepared by co-precipitation were investigated by XRD and electrochemical method respectively.In contrast with LiNi0.8Co0.2O2,Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2 possessed the better specific capacity and the worse cycling performance.There was a negative peak at 4.15 V in the discharge differential capacity plots of Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2.The peak place moved towards the left side and the peak height increased with the electrochemical cycle times.The analysis indicates that the electrochemical cycle accelerates the structure transition for Li1.05Ni0.8Co0.2O2.
