一种计算复合材料弹塑性有效性能的方法
A Method for Calculating the Elasto-plastic Properties of Composites
【摘要】 在渐近均匀化方法的基础上,用ANSYS参数设计语言建立周期性边界条件,用ANSYS有限元程序对单胞进行求解,得到材料的有效弹塑性性能。并与其它结果进行了比较。分析了不同微观结构对材料有效弹塑性性能的影响,得到了不同方向的方形纤维对于材料的有效模量的影响,为复合材料的优化设计、性能评价提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the asymptotic homogenization,the periodic boundary conditions for the unit cell are established by using the ANSYS Parametric Design Language,the problem of the unit cell is solved by finite element method and the effective elasto-plastic properties of the composite is obtained,which is compared with other results.The effect of microstructure on elasto-plastic properties of composites is analyzed.Finally,the effective elasto-plastic moduli for different fiber orientations are analyzed,which can directs the optimized design and property evaluation of composites.
