二氧化锰晶型转变研究
Influence of Thermal Treatment on the Crystal Phase Transformation of MnO2
【摘要】 采用热处理方式对γ-MnO2晶型转变进行了研究,考察了温度和时间对γ-MnO2晶型转变的影响。由XRD射线衍射图谱发现,MnO2开始由γ晶型向β晶型的转变温度为300℃,从350℃到450℃之间,在适当的热处理时间(5~20 h)下,γ-MnO2可以完全转变成β-MnO2。在560℃下热处理2 h时出现Mn2O3,热处理20 h后,Mn2O3含量将达到75.63%。因此,MnO2晶型转变的主要影响条件是温度。
【Abstract】 The influence of thermal treatment parameters,such as the heating temperature and duration,on the crystal phase transformation of γ-MnO2 was studied.XRD patterns show that the phase transformation of γ-MnO2 to β-MnO2 begins at 300℃ and completes after the sample was heated at 350~450 ℃ for 5~20 h.After heated at 560 ℃ for 2 h,Mn2O3 appears,and its content can reach 75.63% when heated for 20 h at this temperature.It can be concluded that the temperature is the primary parameter influencing the phase transformation of MnO2.
