【Abstract】 Tech-entrepreneurs is a compound talent,which is both scientist and entrepreneurs.The paper analyses that tech-entrepreneurs are the bonds of knowledge transformation,and the function mechanism also be revealed.Finally,some countermeasures of deliberately creating growing environment has been put forward.更多还原
