【Abstract】 Intellectual property risk has become most important of the risk the cooperative corporations faces under the coexistence of cooperation and competition.Therefore,Intellectual property risk caused by partner’s opportunistic behavior is defined at first,reliability test to the scale of Intellectual property risk is analyzed through research data,then it is divided into the appropriation risk and input risk of intellectual property,deeper analysis is given,it is helpful to making different decision,which facilitate collaboration develop successfully,on the basis of different risk.更多还原
