【Abstract】 Governance structure is significant for the development of industry cluster,but there are not detailed theoretical explanations in existing literature.Unlike the limited research based on producing structure,I propose three basic types of governance structure model according to coordination level of independent cluster members: self-governance model,leader enterprise-governance model and management organization-governance model.Further,collating governance structure with some institution characters,the profound topic that institution changing is the drive force of structure model’s evolution is introduced.Finally,the analysis of industry cluster’s adaptive efficiency is established on choosing these models.更多还原
