【Abstract】 The scientific research teams are the basic research units of Chinese state-owned scientific institutions.Based on the investigations,this paper made some statistical analyses on the situations of scientific research teams in Chinese state-owned scientific institutions about the success factors of them.Some results were obtained,and some suggestions were made.Finally,the value,the shortages and the next orientations of the research were discussed.更多还原
