【Abstract】 Using relational contract theory,this paper analyzes the long-term R&D cooperation relationships between firms and universities.Firms’ utility evaluation of the new technique,the income of universities and the discount rate are regarded as the three most important factors that have great impact on the long-term R&D cooperation relationships,and the different discount rate will lead to different cooperation relationships.Based on the research above mentioned,an in-depth study is made on the best incentive arrangement of the long-term R&D cooperation relationships,and the last conclusion develops further Bull’s early-related research.更多还原
