【摘要】 企业ERP项目的高失败率和不明确的投资回报率是困扰学术界和产业界已久的问题,解决该问题的关键之一是在充分分析和掌控ERP实施的关键成功要素的基础上,做好ERP实施前的评估工作。根据国内学者对ERP的研究成果,抽取出ERP成功的关键要素,将其归为技术、组织、人员和战略四种类型,进而构建了一个基于关键成功因素的ERP事前评估模型。最后初步建立了ERP的事前评估指标体系及确定了相应权重,并通过案例对TPSS模型进行了检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of the high failure rate and undefined ROI of ERP project has long perplexed the Academic and the Industrial Circles. One of the keys to this problem is to do pre-evaluation well on the basis of analyzing and mastering critical success factors of ERP implementation. This article lists all critical success factors from research results of the domestic scholars and classifies these factors into four types: technology,structure,members and strategy,and sets up a pre-evaluation model (TPSS model) based on ERP success factors. At last ERP pre-evaluation criteria is proposed and examined for the model.更多还原
