【摘要】 运用DEA方法对33个国家在1995-2005年7个时间段内的科学论文产出效率进行比较,发现论文产出效率高的国家的论文产出量相对偏低,而且都是欧洲的小国(英国除外)。对产出相对不足的国家来说,应调整其投入产出规模来提高产出量。中国的论文产出效率偏低,应该在加大科学投入的同时提高其科学产出效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on DEA method,this paper compared 33 countries’ science article output efficiency form 1995 to 2005. And found that the country with high efficiency,almost were in Europe,had lower article output. The output of Group of seven were comparatively scarce,they should increase their output or adjust the scale of input-output. China had lower article output efficiency and should increase the science input and improve the output efficiency.更多还原
