【Abstract】 This study proposes an analysis framework for organization immunity system,and examines how organization constructs organization immunity system and what is the mechanism of organization immunity.Based on the case study of Daya Bay Nuclear Station,we found that functions of recognition,defense and memory are main elements of organization immunity system,and absence or failure of any element will destroy the mechanism of organization immunity.It’s important for complex system to construct organization immunity system to avoid failure.更多还原
