【摘要】 导师与研究生关系影响研究生的培养质量。围绕导师与研究生关系这一主题在中国科学院研究生院做实地访谈和问卷调查,并对所得数据和结果进行统计分析。调查结果表明,研究生院导师和研究生的关系总体来说比较融洽。借鉴管理学的领导权变理论,提出应从研究生、导师和环境三个方面来建设导师与研究生的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The relationship between tutors and graduate students affects the quality of graduates. We conducted face-to-face interview and questionnaire survey in Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences about the controversial topic above. Then we made statistical analysis of the results, implying the relationship is favorable at Graduate School of Chinese Academy Sciences. Using the contingency theory of leadership in business management, we may advise to construct the leadership from the following three aspects: graduate students, tutors and surroundings.更多还原
