【Abstract】 Enterprise adaptability is related with the change of environment. One of the most important goals of enterprises is to be adaptable to environment. This paper puts a definition of environment adaptability from a perspective of action that enterprises must take to deal with the turbulent changes of environment. After analyzing dimensions and types of organizational adaptability, it is illuminated that organizations must take different actions to adapt to different changes of environment.更多还原
