【摘要】 针对现有方法因没有考虑项目间的相互影响而不能直接用于R&D项目组合选择的情况,通过对R&D项目间的相互影响进行分析,将项目间的相互影响分为三类,并分别对这三类影响进行了数学描述。然后分三种情况建立了带有相互影响的R&D项目组合选择的0-1规划模型。最后进行了实例验算,说明了该模型的具体用法和应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Firstly, it cannot be used in the selection of R&D project portfolio directly, because the interaction of projects is not considered in the currently used methods. Secondly, the interaction of R&D projects is researched and classified into three categories. Then the mathematic description of these three kinds of interaction is given separately. In order to overcome the disadvantages of each currently used method, a 0-1 programming model is proposed where the interaction of R&D projects is considered. Finally, a case is given to illustrate that the model has a promising use.更多还原
