【Abstract】 This paper centers on the process of the core enterprise’s selecting its co-operative partner in tech-innovation network. Based on an analysis of the functions of the core enterprise and the selection characteristics displayed in the partner selection process, it studies the information asymmetry during the selection process, and constructs a multi-stage model which is built on signal transmission and signal screening, thus evading the risks of information asymmetry during the selection process, in an attempt to provide some contributions of referenced value.更多还原
