【摘要】 目的:观察黄花败酱总皂苷提取物体内抗肿瘤活性。方法:用MTT法观察黄花败酱总皂苷对荷艾腹水癌小鼠的生命延长率。结果:黄花败酱总皂苷对荷艾腹水癌的小鼠存活时间有一定的延长作用。结论:黄花败酱总皂苷有效成分有一定的体内抗肿瘤活性,其作用机制还有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the in vivo cycotoxic effects of the saponins extracted from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch.Methods:MTT assay was used,and the inhibitory effects of the saponins from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch on Ehrlich Ascit carcinoma were observed in mice with peritoneal inoculation of the tumor cells.Results:The saponins from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch could prolong the survival of mice with Ehrlich Ascites carcinoma.Conclusions:The saponins from Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch possesses antitumor effects in vivo.But its mechanism should be further studied.更多还原
