【摘要】 工程项目设计投标不仅是工程设计项目承包的最主要方式,而且是设计单位最重要的活动之一。随着设计投标在越来越多的工程项目中采用,对工程项目设计投标决策的研究也就显得更为重要。现阶段,我国对设计投标决策的研究范围较窄,多数对设计单位本身投标策略的研究、对设计投标决策中各利益相关者的研究不多,未将设计投标决策作为各种利益相关者协同作用的过程来研究。文中首先界定了设计投标中设计单位、专家组、业主和竞争对手四大主要利益相关者,并探讨了彼此的相互关系;然后建立了设计单位对专家组和业主受益度的结构体系,运用多目标灰色评价理论,以灰色关联度作为测度进行综合评价;再次,运用博弈理论,建立了"投标选择"博弈模型,为设计单位与竞争对手的投标取舍问题给予策略选择依据。这对于明确设计投标过程中利益相关者的互动关系,为设计单位做出正确的投标决策具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Not only the engineering project design bid is the main way of engineering design project contract, but also is one of the most important activities of designing department. With the design bid adopted in more and more engineering project, the research on which just seems more important. At this stage, the research range of bidding decision-making is to be relatively narrow, most is for the designing department itself, and the research on the each stakeholder in the designing bidding decision-making is very few, not based on the process of Cooperative effect of each kind of benefit correlation in our country. Four main benefit correlations are first defined in the designing bidding, the designing department, the expert group, the owner and the competitor, and discusses their mutual relations; and then sets up the structural system in the designing department for expert group and Owner income degree, utilizes the multi-objective gray appraisal theory and carries on the synthesis appraisal by gray connection as the measure; moreover, establishes a "bidding choice" game model by using the game theory, which can give the strategy choice basis for the designing department and the rival’s bidding choice question. It is a vital significance for defining the interaction relations among the stakeholders in the bidding process and making correct bidding decision for the designing department.更多还原
