【摘要】 中小企业迫切需要一种低成本、低风险、快速上线、高灵活性,并能随着其企业需求变化不断顺利演变的企业应用解决方案。传统的预先打包的软件(pre-packaged software solutions)和客户定制化开发(custom programming)的软件方案都不能满足上述需求。提出了一种以客户为中心的面向自服务的解决方案,使中小企业用户能够以自服务的方式,根据其具体需求,创建满足其特定需求的企业应用;并且设计开发了AppDiy平台来验证该方案的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small to medium sized business (SMB) requires its software solution with features of low price, high flexibility, maintainability, usability, fitness, and immediate return of investment. Traditional offerings including pre-packaged software solution and custom programming can not fulfill these requirements. A customer centric self-serve oriented business solution is proposed, with which the SMB users can obtain a software solution meets their specific requirements in a self-serve fashion. A prototype system named AppDiy Platform was devised to show its feasibility.更多还原
