【摘要】 有效地对供应商进行评价是供应链管理的重要组成部分。根据供应商选择评价的基本原则,建立了对供应商的评价指标体系。利用模糊变权法加大评价过低项目权重的思想,突出评价得分过低项目对全局的影响,引起决策者的注意。通过对实例采用常权法和变权法计算后的结果的对比分析,说明模糊变权法不仅可以应用在供应商优选评估上,而且所得的结果更符合实际情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effective evaluation to supplier is an important part of supplier management. The supplier evaluation index system is established based on the principles of the supplier evaluation. It makes the effect of the aspect in low-level obviously on the basis of adding the weight of the aspect in low-level, and attracts decision-maker’s attention. The conclusion by using constant weighting method is compared with the conclusion by using variable weighting method. It is proved that fuzzy variable weighting method can be used to evaluate suppliers effectively and a better result is got.更多还原
