浅论冲槽模具刃口磨损与模具寿命
Simple Discussion of the Punching Pattern Edge Wear and the Life Expectancy of the Pattern
【摘要】 冲槽模具的主要失效形式有崩刃、刃口磨损、断裂等,文章分析了各主要因素对刃口磨损与崩刃的影响,并提出了如何防止冲裁模具刃口磨损以提高模具寿命。
【Abstract】 The main failure modes of punching patterns are edge broken,knife edge wear and failure,etc.The paper analyzes the influences of the main factors on the knife edge wear and edge broken,and puts forward how to avoid the punching patem edge wear in order to improve the life expectancy of the patern.
